You’ll handle financial transactions with precision, provide top‑notch service, and assist customers in achieving their financial goals. Your day will be filled with diverse responsibilities, from processing deposits and withdrawals to promoting our range of innovative banking products and services.

• Responsible for greeting all bank customers, as they enter the branch, in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate a teller window to process a variety of transactions within established guidelines, such as processing individual and commercial deposits, savings and checking transactions, cash advances, loan payments, credit card payments and other transactions.
• Enter customers’ transactions into computer to record transactions, and issue computer‑generated receipts.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts; place holds on accounts, as appropriate.
• Order daily supply of cash, and count incoming cash; balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer and compare totaled amounts with data displayed on computer screen.
• Participate in maintaining good customer relations by giving courteous, efficient service and developing new business by acquainting non‑customers with bank services and presenting current customers with additional services; identify and respond to these cross‑sale opportunities by referring customers to the appropriate bank personnel.
• Record customer interactions in the bank’s CRM platform.
