Position OverviewThe Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Deputy State Central Register Call Center Administrator. Subject to management approval, this position will manage and direct operations for a specified shift for the Department's 24 hour/7 day per week Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline and will oversee assigned Call Center Team Supervisors.
Additionally, the position will develop strategies and monitor activities to ensure the consistent application of child protection policies and procedures involved in the reporting, evaluation, and retrieval of child abuse and neglect information. This position provides a great opportunity for someone with strong management capabilities who wants to help ensure that the most vulnerable among us are protected.
