Physician; Hybrid Model): Primary Care Physician & Colleague Health Services Medical Director

Memorial Health, a community-based, nonprofit health system, seeks a physician for a hybrid‑model primary‑care position with dedicated Medical Director hours for Colleague Health Services. We employ nearly 300 providers across urban and rural clinics in a multi‑county area.

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership in employee health or occupational medicine strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace health regulations and best practices.

• Monday‑Friday outpatient primary care with flexible hours and a call rotation (each physician responsible for own call).
• Clinic visits 18‑22 per day call volume < 5 calls per month.

• Dedicated 8 administrative hours per week for Colleague Health oversight: ordering labs, fitness‑for‑work, return‑ exposure guidance.
• Collaboration with Safety, HR, Compliance to address occupational health risks, workplace violence prevention, infectious disease response, and immunization programs.
• Clinical advisor to Colleague Health staff, Benefits Administration Committee, and multidisciplinary safety committees; build relationships to promote a culture of health and safety.
