We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Springfield, Illinois.
Responsibilities Include- Providing comprehensive inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
- Monitoring patient progress, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensuring timely discharges and communicating with primary care providers
- Documenting patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
