Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour office hours
Experience Needed: 2-3 years preferred

Pay Types: PPO/FFS (No Medicaid or HMO)

Operatories: 6

Charting Software: Dentrix (digital office)

Technology: Plans to invest in CBCT and 3D printing; open to acquiring additional equipment as needed

Posterior Endodontics;
Extractions

Team Members: 1 dentist (expanding as demand grows); 2 hygienists (with plans to add a third)

Additional Pay: 32% collections up to $65k/month, 35% thereafter
