- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing prompt, accurate assistance regarding their policies.
- Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and general administrative tasks related to their accounts.
- Process new business applications and follow up to ensure all requirements are met.
- Handle customer service issues with empathy and a focus on finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with agents to support client needs and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency's CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the agency.
- Active State Insurance License (Property and Casualty
-preferred, but not required). - Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry or parallel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities,
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
