What You’ll DoWe’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly. As a member of our Customer Support Team, you’ll play a vital role in servicing our clients and our internal team. Your responsibilities may include:
- Review insurance renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare coverage comparisons, rating analyses, and marketing materials for producers and clients.
- Assist with policy quotations and respond to application-related inquiries.
- Maintain communication with clients, carriers, producers, and regulatory agencies via phone, email, and mail.
- Generate and distribute insurance documents including binders, certificates, and .
- Support account management tasks such as billing issues, reinstatements, and finance agreements.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper policy files; track pending items through a suspense system.
- Facilitate inspections and follow up on recommendations with producers and insureds.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client and policy information.
- Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great communication—written and verbal
- Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
- Prior office or customer service experience preferred
- Professional and passionate about customer service
- Proactive problem solver with a flexible mindset
- Insurance experience or a Property & Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
- H.S. Diploma or GED is required
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
