Join an Illinois hospital as their next Interim Director of Finance, Physician Enterprise and oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations of the physician enterprise, which encompasses five hospitals.

• The Interim Director will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day financial operations throughout the physician enterprise, consisting of five hospitals.
• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this leader will compile and implement budgets, provide financial analyses, and deliver decision support.
• Ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can hit the ground running while supporting the team(s) through transitions, final budget checks, and rollouts.
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and knowledge pertaining to budgeting/forecasting, pro formas, and interpreting financial performance will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required; master’s degree is preferred.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience within a related setting is required.

• Compensation Range: $180,000 – $185,000 annually.
• Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
