Position Summary

Provides strategic leadership and manages a team responsible for digital product development by defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches. Oversees the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and iteration. Works across the organization to align product strategies with business goals, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and feature development.
  • Establishes efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap to enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage.
  • Develops technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options for a proactive team.
  • Delivers innovative solutions that integrate with co‑existing technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization, enhancing brand recognition and competitive advantage.
  • Decides targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
  • Facilitates cross‑functional communication and collaboration, building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Defines strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.
  • Creates features and stories based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and customer experience needs.
  • Coordinates with engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in an agile development environment.
  • Applies advanced leadership skills to recruit, hire, and develop product management talent, ensuring best practices are embedded in strategies and offerings.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of work experience

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $ - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.

This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
