Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to help boost sales at the local level by building community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. If you enjoy networking and creativity, apply today!

Your Responsibilities as a Local Store Marketer:
  • Assist the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local marketing programs that enhance guest loyalty, increase guest counts, check averages, and overall sales.
  • Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (e.g., Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards).
  • Build relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
  • Establish positive and ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
  • Develop and execute community events and charitable initiatives to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness.
  • Support public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
  • Communicate regularly with the Managing Partner, management team, and staff about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
