Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of automotive parts and ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and efficiently processed.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming parts and materials.
• Prepare and package automotive parts for shipment, ensuring proper handling and packaging standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts in the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight carriers to manage shipping logistics.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and customers regarding parts availability and order status.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Hourly wage of $15.00 - $16.00
