17273T | Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for a temporary assignment with an Independent School, based in Springfield.

• Processing end‑to‑end payroll, maintain staff records, leave balances and ensure compliance with taxation and superannuation requirements.
• Responding to queries, via telephone and email correspondence.
• Process invoices and reimbursements, reconcile supplier statements, and manage timely payment runs.
• Issue invoices, process receipts, monitor outstanding balances, and assist families with billing enquiries.
• Manage purchasing processes, raise and track purchase orders and ensure adherence to school procurement policies.
• Support month‑end tasks, maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits and budgeting.
• General administration duties

• Strong understanding of payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
• Experience using TASS (The Alpha School System) is highly desirable.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with parents and resolve payment issues.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic school environment.

It is anticipated to be a 1- 3-month temporary requirement need with possibility of extension. (based on business needs)
