• Maintain and manage work order accounting records
• Reconcile job costs and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Prepare and process monthly customer billing
• Perform payroll reconciliations between payroll system and general ledger
  
  Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Support documentation and audit preparation as needed
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial tracking

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and job cost accounting knowledge
• Experience with billing cycles and revenue recognition
• Payroll reconciliation experience
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Experience in utility, construction, or project-based accounting is a plus.
