We're seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join a dynamic lab team in a leading healthcare facility near Springfield. This is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced MTs to advance their career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Shift Details
- Nights: 7p - 7:30a, rotating weekends
- Shift differentials offered for nights and weekends
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

- Perform laboratory tests across Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology
- Analyze complex test results and document findings accurately
- Troubleshoot instruments, perform repairs, and log corrective actions
- Participate in specimen processing, phlebotomy, and accessioning
- Train new employees and students as needed
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and documented

Job Requirements
- Must hold or have applied for a Florida Medical Technologist license (generalist)
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or related field
- MT/MLS registry required to start; ASCP or equivalent preferred
- US work authorization required
- Experience in clinical labs, specimen processing, or lab assistant roles highly desirable
- Strong foundational lab skills; new grads with clinical experience encouraged to apply
