Job Overview

Driver Local Delivery Combination Route – Springdale, Arkansas

• Deliver products to small and large retailers on a set route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, stock shelves and coolers as requested.
• No previous experience required; drivers will receive hands‑on training upon hire.

• Monday through Friday, 5:00 am until route is finished.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Local routes.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, prefers to be active, and is comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products during the majority of the shift.

• Tractor Trailer – Semi – Pup Trailer – Box Truck – 28 ft Trailer – 32 ft Trailer – 53 ft Trailer – Delivery Truck – Side Load – Side Bay – Trailer with lift gate – Pallet jack – Hand truck – Dolly.

• Pay starting at $27.32 per hour, increasing to $28.74 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL
  
  A).
• Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
