Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment repair;
Act as back-up for on-call emergencies and respond timely;
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing systems
