Summary

This position is responsible for tasks related to maintenance agreements, reporting to the PM Department Manager. Responsibilities include communication, scheduling, performing maintenance tasks, and assisting in preparing maintenance proposals. The role requires availability 24/7 for emergency calls, working outside normal hours, including night shifts.

The work involves rooftops, ladders, lifts, handling hazardous chemicals and waste, and working in various environmental conditions.

Essential Duties
  • Schedule and perform maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment as per agreements or instructions.
  • Coordinate with in-house trades to execute tasks related to maintenance agreements.
  • Report issues to the PM Department Manager.
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Work with hazardous materials, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Drive to various job sites, maintaining a valid driver’s license and driving record.
  • Maintain alertness and safety at all times.
  • Ensure punctuality and attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Environment, Physical, and Mental Requirements
    • Exposure to indoor/outdoor conditions, noise, dust, chemicals, uneven surfaces, heights, and confined spaces.
    • Ability to lift up to 85 lbs occasionally, and handle tools weighing 50 lbs.
    • Perform manual tasks, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pulling, pushing, and carrying.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and demands.
    • Maintain focus and alertness for safety.
    Safety Sensitive

    This role involves operating vehicles and working with hazardous materials, requiring constant alertness to prevent injuries or fatalities.

    Skills and Competencies
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • HVACR experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of safety procedures and product specifications.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Maintain necessary tools.
    • Organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal errors.
    • Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Valid driver’s license required.
