Outside Sales Representative

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-state services organization expanding its Outside Sales Team across several Midwest markets.

• Prospect and generate new business within your assigned territory
• Meet with customers face-to-face to assess needs and present service solutions
• Follow up on hot leads and re-engage past customers
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize account value
• Maintain detailed pipeline activity in CRM
• Manage your own daily schedule and territory
• Work both in-office and in the field

This is a true field-based sales role for someone who enjoys being out, meeting people, and building relationships.

• $40,000–$45,000 Base Salary (depending on market)
• Clear promotion path into leadership

• Strong work ethic and high personal drive
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
• Personable, genuine, and trustworthy
• Prior client-facing experience preferred (B2B, B2C, hospitality, recruiting, commission-based roles, etc.)
• Comfortable with prospecting and door-to-door activity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Tech-comfortable with CRM and mobile tools
• Must be 21+
• No outside sales experience required — but you must be hungry.
