Sales Consultant – Roofing, Siding, Gutter Specialist

$50,000 – $150,000 per year (Base plus commission)

• Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, assessing property damage and guiding them through repair plans.
• Secure project bids and estimates, ensuring each project is completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction from initial consultation to final payment collection.
• Conduct outreach activities to set up appointments with potential clients.
• Utilize cutting‑edge technology to generate detailed inspection reports and scope of work documents.
• Act as a liaison between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring workmanship meets high standards and adheres to specifications.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• No prior experience in insurance or construction required; we provide comprehensive training and resources.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Warm and engaging personality with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments as needed.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to surrounding cities in AR.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely carry, set up, and climb ladders for inspections and to walk on roofs for assessments.
• Comfortable using ladders and climbing tools for roof inspections.

• Weekly pay with competitive rates based on experience.
• Commission‑based structure with additional perks, including medical, dental, and disability insurance available after 60 days of full‑time employment.
• Eligibility for a 401(k) program after 90 days of full‑time employment.
