Manager Outside Sales

The Manager Outside Sales position is responsible for leading, building and implementing collaborative business solutions for (Customers or Food service channel operators and distributors) within a specific geography. This position is expected to work cross functionally with internal sales, sales strategy and execution, customer planning and თავისი development, business development, marketing, operations, and pricing. Additionally, the Manager Outside Sales is accountable for elders growth and performance.

The successful candidate must deliver results while demonstrating RIGHT behaviors (Results, Innovate, Growth Mindset, Humility, Team Work).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes achieving sales volume, executing pricing strategies, managing product mix sold; being a self-starter with the ability to influence key decision-makers internally and externally; developing and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors; executing multiple business strategies; training and educating broker partner reps; being a steward of Tyson Foods Core Values & RIGHT Behaviors and taking responsibility for professional development.

    Demonstrate outstanding selling, closing, & presentation skills; articulate the unique value proposition of Tyson products; plan, execute, & lead effective meetings to drive engagement; take ownership of customer accounts & drive growth initiatives; identify opportunities for new business development and to strategically grow existing accounts.

    :
    Build strong customer relationships; collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver solutions for the customer & business; utilize resources升级 partnerships to achieve goals; lead through influence.
  • Innovation
    :
    Drive innovation & creative solutions to meet the needs of the customer & business; proactively identify opportunities & solutions to expand market share or volume.
  • Product and Market Knowledge
    :
    Deep understanding of our product portfolio; understanding of market trends; understanding of the customer’s business & competitive Vlaanderen; ability to analyze data & make informed decisions.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education
      :
      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience
      :
      Minimum 5 years outside sales experience. Beef and/or Pork experience required.
