The Retail Media Strategy intern provides entry-level support to the Saatchi & Saatchi X Retail Media Strategy team. This role will help in organizing and carrying out retail media and commerce activation strategies to help our client succeed at retail, online and in-store.

This role involves working well with different teams, such as Account, Project Management, and Creative, Social Commerce, and Digital Production to make sure commerce projects are successful. The Retail Media Intern will learn and assist with strategic digital media planning and management across multiple retailers.

• Partners with Retail Media Strategists to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of commerce and media initiatives.
• Partners with Retail Media Strategists to ensure that all projects adhere to best practices.
• Supports Retail Media Strategists in most aspects of planning, tracking and reporting for campaigns assigned.
• Demonstrates aptitude for problem solving.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the retail, media and commerce industries.
• Comprehends universally used retail, commerce, digital media, and social media terms.

• You are a career-minded college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
• You are eligible to work in the U.S
• Understanding or course of study in media platforms, media strategy, social media and retail media is ideal for this role
• Ability to express complex ideas in conversation, presentation, and prose
• Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details are welcome
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Originate and edit presentations to create excitement
• Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Hybrid Internship (minimum of 3 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency)
• 10-week internship program from June 1st - July 31st
• Internships are Full-time, 40 hours a week
• The hourly rates for our internship positions are $20-23/hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience
