* SUMMARY:

** The purpose of the grader is to examine product and remove defects.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Remove or trim defective cuts of meat.
* Removed cuts of meat that don’t meet customer requirements.
* Check for excessive fat and skin.
* Place defective meat in rework bin.
* Check for foreign material.
* All other duties as assigned.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
** This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
** EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
* ** Required**  + None
* ** Preferred**  + Previous food processing experience  + High School diploma or equivalent
