- Level III NICU coverage
- 7â€"10 NICU patients per shift
- Nursery census varies
- 26 bed unit
- Assigned patient rounding
- Admissions and deliveries
- Delivery attendance required
- Some neonatal transport
- Critical care skill set required
- Cerner EMR Requirements
- Certified neonatal nurse practitioner
- Active Arkansas license
- PALS and NRP through AHA or ARC
- Neonatal critical care experience Compensation
