We are hiring experienced Travel RNs for a long-term acute care (LTAC) facility in Springdale, Arkansas. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and implement care plans.

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress.

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees.

• Lead patient/family teaching and initiate discharge planning early in the admission process.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and promote a positive team environment.

• Ensure safe and efficient care delivery and resource use.

• Assume charge nurse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Arkansas or compact)

• BLS/ACLS (as required)

• Recent acute or LTAC experience preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
