Assist the batch plant manager in daily plant operations and maintenance tasks;
Safely operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, skid steer, man lift, water truck, and haul truck;
Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation in accordance with company standards;
Support and help train less experienced team members to build a stronger, safer crew;
Take on other duties as needed to support plant operations and your fellow team members
