**** Job Details:
** This Tyson Foods World Headquarters-based position is responsible for leading and achieving Tyson Foods' annual operating plan with Walmart Store Operations Leadership (Market Manager, Regional VP, Director of Merchant Support, Division SVP) across multiple departments at Walmart Inc. This individual is responsible for leading and building strong, effective partnerships with key Walmart stakeholders and developing regional and localized merchandising opportunities using data driven insights.
This position will also work directly with various internal cross-functional partners within Tyson Foods, such as Category Development Managers, Business Unit Sales Strategy, and Marketing Analytics to deliver results.
The execution of these objectives should be in alignment with Tyson company policies, cultural tenants, and values. Key responsibilities include and are not limited to:
* ** Joint Growth Planning:
** Collaborate across assigned categories for promotional planning and execution.
* ** Business Reviews:
** Conduct regular reviews with Walmart Operations using Scintilla POS shopper behavior data.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
** Lead the coordination of developing & executing merchandising programs and conducting 30-60-90 planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
* ** Engagement:
** Engage internal and external teams for flawless execution.
* ** Broker Management:
** Lead our 3rd party merchandising partner to deliver excellence in store execution.
* ** Data Utilization:
** Utilize KPIs from Scintilla, Nielsen, and other data sources to analyze and identify incremental regional growth opportunities and develop sales stories and plans to present to internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience:
* Experience:
3-5 years of industry experience; consumer-packaged goods or food manufacturer preferred.
* 2-3 years Direct Sales Experience;
Walmart and/or Sam's experience preferred.
* Strong analytical acumen required.
Computer
Skills:
Requires above-average computer skills for robust analysis, graphic presentations, and reporting. Any data analysis experience is a plus. Walmart Scintilla experience is a plus.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special
Skills:
Time management, multi-tasking, problem solving, and being a collaborative team player is a must.
Supervisory:
No direct supervisory responsibility but influencing internal stakeholders and agency partners to achieve objectives.
Travel: 12-14 domestic trips per year
