ARKANSAS | Stihl Technician | Springdale

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with knowledge and experience in the maintenance, repair, and sale of Stihl outdoor power equipment. The individual will oversee the power equipment merchandise area while providing excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience and knowledge of Stihl power equipment/small engines
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Availability to work flexible schedules - Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (shift premium paid for weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair Stihl outdoor power equipment
• Assemble new equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
• Handle phone calls
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
