Community Clinic is seeking an IT Technician to work in our administrative office in Springdale, Arkansas. Requirements include 2+ years of IT support experience. Must be able to provide end user support, troubleshoot basic network, software, and hardware issues, and install/configure equipment. HS Diploma or equivalent required, preference given to candidates with relevant college degree and/or technical certifications.
Key Responsibilities- Performs lifecycle management of PCs, including upgrades and repairs.
- Provides tier 1 and tier 2 support for end users on-site and remotely.
- Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, switches, scanners and related hardware.
- Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, email, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
- Assists users to resolve problems with equipment, software and data.
- Supports and maintains VoIP systems.
- Collaborates with vendors and external IT service providers as needed.
- Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ Years of IT Support experience required
- Relevant degree or technical certification preferred
