The Talent Acquisition Manager is our lead recruiter for HQ, owning full-cycle hiring for Senior Director level and below roles while helping build our talent engine from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you’ll run a full recruiting desk and help design the processes, tools, and standards that power our growth.
You’ll partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition & CPO to shape how we hire—everything from workflows and systems to interview materials and candidate/hiring manager experiences. THE FLAVOR YOU ADD... Own the Desk- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all corporate HQ roles (Sr. Director and below).
- Source, screen, interview, close, and onboard—this is a hands-on role with real volume.
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to define talent needs and build strong hiring plans.
- Work side-by-side with TA leadership to build recruiting processes, systems, and standards from scratch.
- Create and standardize job descriptions, interview guides, scorecards, and candidate communications.
- Support the implementation and optimization of our ATS and recruiting tools (Workday experience a plus).
- Advise hiring managers on talent strategy, market trends, and hiring decisions.
- Balance speed with quality in a high-growth, high-expectation environment.
- Bring structure where there isn’t much yet—and help us scale it the right way.
- Make sure every candidate feels 7 Brew’s energy, pace, and people-first culture.
- Keep hiring managers aligned, informed, and moving forward.
- Track pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.
- Spot what’s working, fix what’s not, and keep things moving forward.
- Be a culture carrier—positive, optimistic, high-energy, and team-first.
- Represent 7 Brew authentically in the market and in every candidate interaction.
- 6+ years of recruiting experience with strong full-cycle ownership.
- Experience recruiting corporate roles across functions, including leadership-level hires.
- Comfortable running a full, active recruiting desk while contributing to strategic work.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments (QSR, retail, franchising, consumer brands, startups, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting systems;
Workday a plus. - Proven ability to help build or improve recruiting processes and tools.
- Strong relationship-builder who can influence leaders and move things forward.
- Organized, adaptable, and energized by building something from the ground up.
- A “figure-it-out” mindset—you don’t wait for perfect conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
