Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

• Ideal candidate available to cover call on Mondays (not required)

• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date

• Must wear royal blue scrubs

• Work with Canon (Toshiba) and Phillips equipment

• Use Cerner EMR system

• Required certifications: ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT), Arkansas state license, BLS

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in specialty required

• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility

• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures

• Conduct C-arm procedures and OR imaging services

• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures

• Perform CT scans of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities

• Conduct biopsy/drainage procedures

• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures required

• Perform studies with or without contrast media

• Must understand cross-sectional anatomy

• Provide timely diagnostic services to inpatient and outpatient populations

The medical center maintains modern Canon (Toshiba) and Phillips imaging systems and utilizes Cerner EMR for patient documentation. The facility serves both inpatient and outpatient populations, offering a full range of radiographic procedures and specialized CT scanning services under the direction of qualified radiologists.
