To support, administer, and continuously enhance enterprise-wide Anaplan financial planning models. Embedded within the FP&A Systems team, this role is instrumental in driving connected, agile financial planning solutions that empower business decision‑making and operational excellence.

This position ensures the integrity, scalability, and evolution of Tyson's Anaplan environment across multiple business units. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and demonstrates a passion for leveraging data, analytics, and technology to improve financial planning processes.

• Partner with finance and business teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles aligned with corporate objectives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for day‑to‑day Anaplan model operations.
• Monitor, audit, and validate data imports/exports and system integrations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot model defects and system issues in collaboration with IT and Anaplan support teams.
• Design and implement model enhancements and new functionalities to support evolving business strategies.
• Lead end‑user training sessions, office hours, and provide ongoing user support.
• Administer workspace functions including user security, access controls, governance compliance, and system troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and governance standards for model sustainability.
• Stay current with Anaplan best practices, platform updates, and industry innovations.
• Support cross‑training initiatives and collaborate across finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Operations) or a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of finance or FP&A experience with solid understanding of financial planning processes.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience building and maintaining Anaplan models or similar financial planning software platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel spreadsheet modeling and data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent technical problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach to support and training.
• Passion for leveraging business analytics and financial modeling to drive insights.

• Anaplan Level 1 & Level 2 Model Building Certifications.
• Experience expanding enterprise financial planning platforms.
• Exposure to workspace administration and governance management within Anaplan.
