Overview

The Ad Ops intern provides entry-level support to the Saatchi X Commerce & Media Strategy and Production teams. This role will assist in and get exposure to the launch and optimization of advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.

Responsibilities

Partner and support the Ad Ops team on the following:

o Monitor active campaigns, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and partners, as needed

o Capture and socialize best practices to optimize future campaign launches.

o Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and provide suggestions for improved performance.

o Perform tagging audits and build tagging strategy as required

o Provide pre and post implementation support to publishers

o QA and troubleshoot 3rd party tags and creatives

o Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers & planners

o Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation

Qualifications

You are a career-minded rising college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off

* You are eligible to work in the U.S

* A close eye for detail

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

* Strong ability to multitask

* Proven ability to create high quality deliverables and meet deadlines

* Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly

* Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills

Pluses:

* Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings

* Familiarity in adserving and ad management technologies.

* Familiarity with internet programming and debugging

Additional information

Program Duration and Details:

* Hybrid Internship (minimum of 3 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency)

* 10-week internship program from June 1st - July 31st

* Internships are Full-time, 40 hours a week

* The hourly rates for our internship positions are $20-23/hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience
