Overview

Design & Delivery interns are quick, intuitive, and have the drive to make things happen. The design & delivery intern will partner closely with account managers, project managers, and other designers on project assignments. Interns will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with agency professionals and participate in real-world assignments. Responsibilities

What you'll do

* Partner closely with account managers, project managers, and other designers on project assignments.

* Working on fast-paced projects across all brands, partnering with everyone necessary to get job out correctly and on time.

* The ideal candidate will have the drive to be successful, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow personally and professionally.

* Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint is critical for success in this internship.

* Some print and web production knowledge is preferred but not required

* Ability to multi-task and manage in and out of multiple projects each day.

Program Duration and Details:

* Hybrid Internship (minimum of 3 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency)

* 10-week internship program from June 1st - July 31st

* Internships are Full-time, 40 hours a week

Qualifications

* A resume and portfolio

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Specifically with Photoshop, Illustrator, and have the drive to make things happen

* Authorized to work in the U.S.

* Strong communication skills

* Organized with strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: $20/hour This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
