The RoleWe are looking for a Service and Warranty Representative who is responsible for assisting customers with service requests, warranty claims, and post‑purchase support for furniture and related products. This office‑based role serves as the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance after delivery or purchase. The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with vendors, technicians, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with warranty claims, product service requests, and post‑purchase issues in person, by phone, and via email.
- Review and process warranty claims according to company and manufacturer policies.
- Coordinate service appointments with technicians and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate records of service cases, claims, and customer interactions in the company system.
- Order replacement parts or schedule repairs when necessary.
- Communicate updates and resolutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with store management, warehouse staff, and vendors to resolve product issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to service and warranty documentation.
- Ensure all claims comply with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or retail experience preferred.
- Experience in furniture retail, warranty claims, or service coordination is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and experience with office software or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
