WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...The Manager, Delivery Growth will own the strategy, execution, and performance of 7 Brew’s delivery business across third-party delivery (3PD) platforms and direct delivery partnerships. This role is responsible for defining how delivery shows up for the brand, developing a differentiated delivery strategy, and driving incremental growth through strong program mechanics, promotions, and partner execution.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role with end‑to‑end ownership of delivery growth — from strategy and partner management to in‑market execution and performance optimization.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD... Delivery Strategy & Ownership- Own the overall delivery growth strategy across third‑party delivery platforms and direct delivery partnerships
- Define a delivery approach that is uniquely 7 Brew and aligned with brand, operational realities, and guest expectations.
- Develop clear goals, priorities, and success metrics for the delivery business.
- Lead relationships with third-party delivery partners and manage partnership agreements and terms
- Oversee platform presence, merchandising, menu setup, pricing considerations, and brand representation.
- Ensure strong execution across platforms, including availability, accuracy, and consistency to continuous approve upon core metrics to drive the 3PD business.
- Own delivery-specific national and local promotions, offers, and programs designed to drive trial, frequency, and incremental sales.
- Partner with Marketing and Media teams to integrate delivery into broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Design and manage program mechanics that balance growth, guest value, and profitability.
- Track and manage delivery performance across platforms, including sales, efficiency, and incremental impact.
- Identify opportunities to optimize menu offering, offers, pricing, and execution based on performance data.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to assess ROI and inform investment decisions for paid media or new features and promotions.
- Work closely with Operations, Technology, Legal, Media, and Finance teams to ensure delivery initiatives are operationally sound and scalable.
- Serve as the central point of accountability for delivery growth across the organization.
- 5–8+ years of experience in delivery, digital growth, eCommerce, or consumer marketing, ideally within QSR, restaurant, or retail brands.
- Direct experience working with third-party delivery platforms and/or managing delivery partnerships.
- Proven ability to drive growth through promotions, offers, and platform optimization.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution.
- Experience launching or scaling new growth channels is a plus.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Confident team leader with bias for action while bringing team along on the journey
- Ownership mindset: comfortable being accountable for strategy, execution, and results.
- Commercial acumen: understands how to balance franchisee profitability and guest value.
- Program design: ability to create and manage effective promotions and delivery mechanics.
- Analytical orientation: uses data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
