Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

At Epic, everyone who calls or stops by is greeted by one of our bright and friendly receptionists. Whether it’s a quick answer to a question or getting creative to track down the right person to help a caller, you’ll ensure that everyone receives a warm reception and excellent service. You’ll also have the opportunity to support other teams around Epic by taking on a variety of administrative projects.

• Greet callers, visitors, and staff with friendliness and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and direct conversations to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects Epic’s brand and culture.
• Assist with administrative projects and support various departments as needed.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, with weekend responsibilities every 12th week.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
