POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Foreman is an essential role in the company that oversees daily operations at the worksite to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

* Allocate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow.

* Ensure that sufficient resources and staffing are provided to meet project deadlines, comply with regulations, and adhere to best practices and safety standards.

* Develop and manage project budgets and uphold quality standards across all sites.

* Effectively manage time and resources to complete projects within the targeted timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Strong decision-making and time-management skills

* Initiative

* Leadership experience

* Technical skills
