The Retirement Blueprint is seeking a Medicare & Health Insurance Specialist to become the third pillar of our Springboro office. We handle the retirement planning and assets; our partner handles the Property & Casualty; we need you to own the health vertical.

This is a strategic gap in our "human-first" planning model. Currently, when our mass‑affluent retiree clients turn 65 or need under‑65 health coverage, we have to send them outside our walls. That ends today. We are looking for a "plug‑and‑play" expert to step in, take those warm hand‑offs, and deliver world‑class service. You get the clients and the professional home; we get the assurance that our clients are protected by a trusted partner.

• Required: Active Life & Health Insurance License in Ohio.
• Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Medicare and Health Insurance sales.
• Required: Demonstrated ability to work independently without oversight.
• Preferred: Existing book of business (though not required to join).
• Preferred: Within commuting distance of Springboro, OH.

• Financial Structure: Target income of $100,000+ (commission/renewals) with full book ownership.
