Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge Nurse Leader

Facility is currently looking for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions. The Charge Nurse Leader will provide direct care to patients, oversee nurse aides, and ensure excellent care delivery on the nursing units, meeting the needs of residents, families, and staff.

RN: $35 to $41 depending on experience and licensure. Additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay available – you can receive cash for a shift the same day.

• Assist with total patient care within the nursing unit and management of the unit.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervise nurse associates, monitoring and responding to policies and procedures.
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to each patient.
• Instruct and observe care implementation per standard of practice.
• Assist and direct admission/discharge processes of patients.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license.
• Maintains licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification.
• Desire to work with the elderly and enjoy direct interaction with residents, staff, and families.
• Good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require.
