Join our team as a Tap Room Front of House (FOH) Manager, where you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the efficient operation of our taproom. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality, team management, and operational excellence in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and train front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, and support personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable about our beer offerings, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations of the taproom, including customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency through ongoing staff coaching and process improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to foster a welcoming and positive environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotional events, special offerings, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a taproom, brewery, or bar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of beer styles, brewing processes, and customer service best practices.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus.
