Taproom Front Of House Manager

Join our team as a Tap Room Front of House (FOH) Manager, where you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the efficient operation of our taproom. • Recruit, hire, and train front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, and support personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable about our beer offerings, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations of the taproom, including customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Monitor and improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency through ongoing staff coaching and process improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to foster a welcoming and positive environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional events, special offerings, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a taproom, brewery, or bar setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beer styles, brewing processes, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus.
