Position DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Senior Project Manager this position acts as liaison between the company and client, interacting with various facility leaders in many capacities.
Responsibilities- Completing front end submittals once contract is awarded
- Entering PIN/ NOA for roof system manufacturer
- Creating foreman’s books with operations and conducting handoff
- Ordering materials for the project and coordinating with vendors and operations for delivery after reviewing pricing with PE
- Ordering rental equipment and cranes for project starts
- Directing cost related communication for GE through PM/PE
- Coordinating project schedule with OM/ VPO
- Attending project meetings with OM/ VPO
- Reviewing project financials weekly to update WIP with PE
- Completing and submitting monthly AIA payment invoices with input from PE/ VPO
- Ensuring project is completed to client satisfaction and within budget
- Completing closeout documents/ warranties
- Assisting other PMs with their projects
- Other duties as assigned by VP of Construction Management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of prior experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and energetic personality
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with minimum supervision
- Ability to work against deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all organization levels

- Salary range: $80,000-$90,000
