About the Position

The Operations & Logistics Coordinator is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role supporting workforce deployments for both domestic employees and Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs). This position owns deployment logistics, onboarding execution, and real‑time coordination in the field.

The role involves regular travel to deployment locations and Ports of Entry, in‑person support for worker arrivals, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure client start dates are met. Schedules may vary based on deployment needs, and flexibility is important. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and being directly involved in operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between internal teams to support smooth operations
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative and logistical tasks
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and workforce deployment data
  • Participate in off‑hours calls to support coordination across time zones

Pre‑Deployment Planning

  • Support planning and preparation of workforce deployments, including:
  • Travel and mobility coordination
  • Housing arrangements
  • Onboarding and orientation logistics
  • Compliance tracking
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers (housing, transportation, supplies)
  • Maintain accurate records for visas, I‑94s, and deployment milestones

Deployment Execution (Field‑Based)

  • Travel to deployment sites and Ports of Entry to support mobilization and demobilization
  • Greet workers upon arrival and assist with onboarding activities
  • Safely transport workers to housing, testing, appointments, and job sites
  • Manage small cash advances for initial worker essentials when required
  • Communicate risks, delays, drop‑offs, or non‑compliance to the Operations Manager
  • Recommend deployment plan adjustments (with approval) to protect client start dates

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’sdegree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, deployment coordination, or administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative work style
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Licensure, Travel & Availability

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Personal vehicle required and must be available for work‑related travel
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% domestically within the United States, including long‑distance driving and air travel
  • Ability to be away from home 2–10+ days at a time
  • Weekend deployments required
  • Flexible work hours based on deployment needs
