$1,500 Bonus Hits Your First Paycheck
We are looking for experienced CDL A Drivers for regional flatbed position running steel, pipe, and coil loads. Non-forced dispatch – most freight keeps drivers in 4–6 states. Drivers run 2 weeks out with 48‑hour reset. $5,000 Sign on Bonus. New automatic trucks you keep at home.
Pay & Benefits- $1,500 bonus first paycheck
- Home every two weeks for 2 full days
- 27% of load – $1,400–$1,600 average
- $300 Per diem
- $40 cash every tarp
- $50 layover once 24 hrs hits
- $16/hr detention after 2
- Safety bonus + clean roadside money
- $300 weekly non-taxed per diem
- Rider & pet day one
- Full benefits after 30 days
- 22+ years old
- Minimum 1 year Regional /OTR Experience
- 12+ months flatbed in the last 5 years
- Proven steel/pipe/coil background (coil gets priority)
- NO DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
- Zero Clearinghouse violations
- Urine drug test required – clean record
