Full Stack Developer

Overview

The Full Stack Developer will contribute to the design, development, and support of a global trading application platform.

This role involves building scalable backend services, responsive front-end applications, and infrastructure solutions while integrating modern GenAI and agentic capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, React, FastAPI, and data engineering practices, along with experience in high-availability environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Python including APIs, data processing, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong experience with React and modern component-based UI development.
• Experience building high-performance backend services using FastAPI.
• Experience with DBT for data engineering and transformation.
• Strong experience with Git Hub and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven experience developing and supporting scalable application platforms.
• Experience building secure and scalable backend APIs.
• Experience developing responsive front-end applications.
• Experience working in cloud-based and high-availability environments.
• Experience implementing GenAI or multi-agent solutions is preferred.

• Develop, enhance, and support components of the global trading application platform.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and telemetry capabilities using modern observability tools.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive engineering.
• Author infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for cloud resources.
• Build secure and scalable backend APIs primarily using Python and FastAPI.
• Create responsive and efficient React-based UI components.
• Develop reusable utility modules to accelerate delivery across teams.
• Implement GenAI-powered features using Large Language Models, vector databases, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Develop agentic workflows for automation, troubleshooting, and developer productivity.
• Build model integration and evaluation pipelines.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and technical excellence.

• Experience with Terraform and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Experience implementing solutions using Large Language Models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic coding frameworks.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, model orchestration, and AI application patterns.
