DCOMM, Inc. is growing — and we want you on our team! We’re seeking Drop Bury Technicians to join us as W2 employees. If you have experience burying fiber optic or coaxial cable drops and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to earn top pay with flexible scheduling. If you haven’t done this type of work, but you have recent experience working within a skilled trade that is primarily outdoors, we will train the right person!
WhatYou’ll Do
- Bury fiber and coax drops at residential and commercial properties
- Perform driveway and road bores as required
- Restore job sites to a clean and professional condition
- Work independently or manage your own crew to complete assigned work orders
- Communicate effectively with project managers and coordinators
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Experience in fiber optic burial and knowledge of construction safety practices – OR – if you have experience working in outdoor related skilled trades such as construction, electrical, plumbing, or landscaping, we can train you for this role
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Able to use hand tools, read maps/blueprints, and perform physical labor
- Experienced individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
