• Daily/Weekly reporting to Installation Manager
• Reviewing Work Orders for specifics
• Working to complete and become proficient in Installation Competencies Checklist
• Communicate with Installation Manager/Sign Champ Team Members if a problem or issue is noticed
• Follow all Installation Quality Control Procedures
• Work diligently in a safe orderly fashion with a sense of controlled urgency
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace

• Follow precise measurements and install to within 1/8-inch tolerance
• No sign shop experience necessary
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work around installation schedule
• Out of town travel will be required
• Ability to operate hand tools, drills and saws
• Scale ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly worksites and vans
• Must pass a background check and be able to enter school campuses
• Experience with adhesive back vinyl installation – including print to cut graphics and heat setting preferred
• Experience with installing perforated and frosted/etched window vinyl preferred
• Experience installing vinyl banner and windscreen preferred
• Experience installing rigid signs in various locations – walls, fencing, post and panel preferred
• Experience installing routed letters/signs – ability for use and follow a hole pattern template preferred
• Experience driving lift equipment – ie. scissor lift/boom lift preferred
• Experience with various printers. laminators. plotters preferred
• 3M Preferred Installer Certification preferred
• We are not interested in sub-contractors at this time
