Entry Level Bi-lingual Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time or part-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their legacy. Will be required to acquire a General Lines Property & Casualty license and Life & Health License.

With each license acquired, an increase in hourly wage and/or commission will be given. If not licensed.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
