Job Summary

Hourly Pay: $15.80/hour with uncapped commission. Total Target Compensation: $23.49/hour. Includes Day One Benefits, Courtesy TV & Internet.

Job Description Core Responsibilities
  • Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all interactions. Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding and ensure customers understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks.
  • Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence with integrity and a warm, friendly demeanor toward customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete required training and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Know and understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime as needed. May be asked to work in alternate stores. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Be able to carry and lift up to 25 pounds, stand, and move about the store.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.80/hour. Total Target Compensation: $23.49/hour (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission). Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission; most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Comcast provides benefits to eligible employees.
