We are looking for an energetic, fun, and driven individual to work as a Fitness Counselor. The role focuses on actively pursuing enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Success in this fast-paced, energy-driven position comes from supporting potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality.

Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

• Must be extremely organized.

• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Comfortable with computer/technology, quick shift focus, phone etiquette, good at math.
• Position is 20 hours per week and must be available every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Must successfully pass background check.

• Member engagement.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual – services, products, programs).
• Membership Billing.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events).

Hourly Pay Range: $10—$11 USD.
