Job Title
Key Lead, Woodlands – Gilly Hicks
Job DescriptionAs the Key Lead, you will ensure customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. You will provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. You are part of the store leadership team and are responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
